Built from an old Monogram kit. The decals are entirely from the spares box, as the ones with the kit were rotten. Painted in Model Master Metalizer Aluminum Plate. Future was used to make the scratched canopy clear again. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

A very nice P-47, Chip. You can improve the look of the OD anti glare panel by masking prior to painting. Tamiya masking tape is ideal for this. When masking over compound curves always cut thin strips, for the masked edge (far easier for thin cut tape to conform) then "fill" in with wider strips.
Nice one, again, Chip. Keep 'em coming

I agree about the anti glare panel.Did you paint it last after the silver? I prefer painting OD first,so the silver won't have tape on it,which might pull it up.

Yeah actually I did paint it after the silver. Strange thing, I did learn something though. I should of painted it first and then did the silver, but there is always next time. I feel soo cool now, I learned a new way to do things!

The nose art is custom made, by me. And all the other decals are old P-51D Decals.
