Monogram does the best one. The Matchbox one I have is a prototype.

I had asked a while back when I won a set of the 2Bobs KC and the Cajuns decals in a club raffle and surprisingly, it was the Italeri kit!
Better than the Hasegawa offerings, Monogram and the rest. I believe that the Revell Germany boxing is a rebox of the Italeri kit with better decals (but , if possible worse instructions!)

I haven't gotten around to building it, but it looks pretty good in the box.

I agree with Mike. The Italeri kit is far superior and much newer than the Academy, Hasegawa, Monogram, and other A-10 kits out there. As a matter of fact, it is probably the best OOB A-10 in any scale. You will need a resin Aces II seat, like the True Details one, but other than that an excellent little model of a great plane. I believe that Italeri also makes an OA-10.

I also like the 1/144 Dragon kit, and the 1/32 Trumpeter hog.

HTH,

Scott Gentry
