I don't know about decals, but I am sure that you can find something here. Good luck.

You may have to make your own on a printer if you can find any ready made's in your scale

Try squadron they have a huge selection of aftermarket decals

Tally Ho make a sheet of Mustang decals that includes markings for a red tailed Tuskegee aircraft. The decals are available in 1/48 and 1/72 scale.

Hi DTC, the numbers for the Tally Ho decals from Squadron. com are KPH148016 for 1/48 scale and KPH172022 for 1/72.
From hannants.co.uk the numbers are TY48016 for 1/48 and TY72022 for 1/72 scale.
The aircraft depicted in these sets is Black 7 'Miss-Pelt' flown by Capt Lucky Lester 100FS/332FG .

A bit more info I found on pilot/aircraft combinations is:
Black 10 'Duchess Arlene' flown by 1st/Lt R. Wiiliams 100FS/332FG.
Black 42 'Creemer's Dream' flown by
Charles White 301FS/332FG.
Black 72 'Ina the Macon Belle' flown by 1st Lt Lee Archer 392FS/332FG.
