Since it's a SAAB plane, wouldn't it be Swedish?
And although I have no idea what language it is, doesn't some of the terms seems to be quite obvious?

I can say that it's defenitivly not in Swedish. My guess would be polish. I think I have a similar drawing somewhere. It is about where the various parts of the JAS-39 Gripen is made.

I don't think its Polish. It looks like and sounds like Polish, but they use w's for v's for example.
But a Slavic language it could well be.
I'm sure one of our Polish friends will verify it.
