and it flew. Actually ordered by the USAAF but cancelled, the first "Eagle". I'll bet someone called it the Buzzard.
They did it to save money, could be a little expensive to build as a model. Ya think? Check your spare part ">bin.

I agree. In most of the pics it does look a bit strange, but in the 3/4, above-in-flight view ('P-75A' link in the text) the aircraft doesn't look half bad.
Wouldn't want to kit bash one though.

If memory serves me, I believe RarePlanes did a 1/72 scale of that during the late 70's or early 80's.
