Hi, as I understand it the RAF had approx. 800 P-47D's. Where can I find some info on these airplanes ??
And are there any manufacturers that make decals for these airplanes ??
Thanks for any info.

Did you ask this question over at Hyperscale? The guys over at that site probably have a load of info on RAF Jugs. www.hyperscale.com and go to forums.
The RAF used them mostly in Burma, but also there was a training unit stationed in Egypt which trained pilots for the P-47 .
The RAF used "D" Razorbacks and "D" Bubbletops in Burma.
I hope this helps a bit
Regards
Mark
