The Hase Jugs are OK, some say the aft fuselage is too slim, but I don't care about such things.

Just be careful with the fuselage/wing joint on the underside, it's the only bad point of the kit. Good preparation will allow you to breeze your way through it!

Here's mine :

Hasegawa makes a nice T-Bolt. I'm building 2 T-Bolts right now from Tamiya. The cockpit detail is OUTSTANDING for an out of the box kit. Show us some pics when your done, Wingman out.

Hey Ollie, where did you get the markings for Bruelands P-47? I have his P-51 in the Grim Reaper markings but that would be sweet to have that one as well.

Hi Zach!

I didn't knew that pilot also flew Mustangs! Any idea on how it looked?

The decals are from Eaglestrike 48-030.

Here's the full review for my build of the Hase P-47D.

He also had several P-51's as Wee Speck and just Speck. The pilot, Lowell K Brueland flew for the 354th FG, aka "The Pioneer's" and was in the top 10 aces of the group. They started off with P-51B's and C's, then switched to D's, then to P-47's for two months, and finally finished the war with Mustangs again.
