Hi, I need some help regarding the P-51D / F-51D.



I have managed to find the above two photos of the engine / engine bay from http://www.flightjournal.com/fj/plane_profiles/p-51_mustang/p-51_mustang_details.asp. I need more, as I am about to attempt to detail an aircraft for the first time ever. Can anyone please point me in the right direction for either online photos or good reference books etc. showing the engine / engine bay.

Both those photos appear in Detail and Scale Volume 51, which has other useful shots. Squadron's Walkaround #7 is also worth a look.
