Well, I just picked up an F4U-5/5NL Pro Modeller series kit by Monogram this afternoon. This will be my second build ever so i'm pretty excited.
It's definitely better quality than the Monogram P-40B Tiger Shark I built last week. OOB it's very clean on the sprues with no flashing or warping to be seen. It's all on 8 different sprues with the clear canopy packaged individually within the set.
Apparently it's a newer kit? Does anyone have a progress build review link or anything to it? I've seen a couple other kits from other manufacturers but I cant find any on the Monogram kit.
Anyway, wish me luck.

Hi Nokinja!
That kit is actually a Hasegawa kit boxed by Pro Modeller for distribution in the USA (and elsewhere too!).
Here's a look in the box : Hasegawa F4U-5N

I built the Revell/Monogram P-40B Tiger Shark. I can tell it was lesser quality than this one is.
