thankyou so much guys, i appreciate your replys. some good news and unfortunate news. i didnt get to finish the huey, i ran out of paint, but the good news is i still presented it to him the only thing that i couldnt do was the yellow on the tips of the roars and the multi colors an the rear roatars, other than that everything else was done, and boy he loved it, he raved on about the rotar shaft that he used to attatch and how on the tail there is a small hatch that he used to get in and align the rotar rigs. he spent alot of time just looking at it. this christmas will be the next time i will be seeing him, i am going to have it compelty done, i am going to attatch it to a base which will be framed and painted black with a wood colour edging and i am going to have a plaque noting his service and years of service working on a magnificant machine.

will have photos with my dad holding the heuy and its base this christmas for you all I PROMISE !!!!!!!!!!
