this is special hobby's 1/72 p-36a. the pilot was 2nd lt phillip rasmussen. this bird is credited with one victory on december 7, 1941.

Looks like a good job. How did you do the NMF?
Tell me about Special Hobby? Fit, flash, detail, etc.? The left side looks like there might be a slight gap at the top of the cowl and fuselage.

the nmf was a combination of bristle brushing a non hobby silver/chrome and spraying testor silver. the gap you see is actually the guns. i used a cut up saftey pin for the four guns.
special hobby, at least this kit, is a multimedia build. this one had pe, vacuform, resin, film, and plastic. the kit was difficult but doable. not recomended for a first kit.
i dont have any other pics right now. just the two above.
