Hi, I was wondering, I've seen a 1/72 Revell Focke Wulf 200 Condor, is it any good ??
Does anyone else make a decent Focke Wulf 200 Condor in 1/72 scale.
Thanks.

If I remember correctly, the kit is from the sixties, with the abundant rivets.
Unfortunately, I don't know how accurate it is.
Italeri made a cicil Condor, maybe a amalgamation of the two would yield a better lookin model...

A few years ago, Revell did the 200B civil version, available in Lufthansa or Luftwaffe colours. This kit is a much better one than the C4, however, a degree of conversion work is required (replace the engines and nacelles, add turrets, gondola and bomb racks and adapt the undercarriage) if you want a "Scourge of the Atlantic".

One of my (Many!) long term projects is tarting up the old Revell kit, mainly in removing the rivets and rescribing panel detail (something i need a lot of practice on!)
