You could print them out on your computer using a graphics or word processing program. Print them on fine (light weight) paper . Simply cut out and attach to the point they attach with small wire rings for the pull tab.

Here's something you could do:

1: Buy some white tissue paper.

2: Tape a rectangular piece of tissue paper to the edges of a normal piece of paper

3: put it into a printer like you would put a normal piece of paper.

4: print out a design of scale remove before flight tags onto the tissue

5: Cut the remove before flight tags from the tissue paper after you are done printing them

6: Use them on your model as you wish!

Or for an even easier way to make remove before flight tags, you could just draw them straight onto the tissue paper with pencil crayons, but don't use felt because it WILL bleed all around the tissue paper into uneven blotches.

I hope this helps,
Rob

Something to keep in mind, Carlo; in my 12 years in aviation maintenance, I have seen a total of 2 Bright Red "Remove Before Flight" Streamers. most of them are faded to pink, barely readable, & threadbare. In some cases they are even just short, torn pink rags. The plasticized types do last a bit longer, but they start to lose chips & chunks of the red plastic coating in short order as well. It all up to the builder, of course, but nothing makes me grin wider than seeing a beat up, weathered-to-hell-and-gone, Skyraider on PSP, with bright red, perfectly legible, 'RBF' streamers.
Just my .02 USD
