What method(s) can be used to duplicate the downward sag of the tips of the main rotary blade tips? I have a Matchbox Kaman SH-2F that I want to display on the ground with blades stopped.

I soak them in warm water and GENTLY bend them.
(Practice on some plastic of a similar thinkness for a while first).

I use a hair drier and heat the blades, then form them!

To make it easy, use some kind of string or wire to simulate rotor tie downs. Gently add pressure to the string to slowly increase the bend.
