Externally it's not bad, with recessed panel lines and details. I'm not sure how the shape and dimensions stack up, but it looks OK to me. The cockpit could use some dressing up with p/e or resin. It's the only kit of the early C/D version available in this scale (it's also done under another label) that I know of.

For a good starter, I recommend checking out Osprey's Modelling the Messerschmitt Bf 110.
There are a few areas to improve; the wingtips are too square, the props are a bit simple and the interior is definitely in need of a makeover, but this is a good kit which has all the basics of a showstopper.
Aftermarket companies such as Eduard and True Detail supply all the extras needed to get the best out of this vintage kit.
