Does anyone know how to get missing parts from Hasegawa? I recently bought a brand new 1:48 scale F-16A from Squadron, and the kit is missing a few sprues. It looks like there is something on the instruction manuel, but alas, I can't read Japanese! Any help is appreciated.

In the UK I would write to the importer. You should be able to get that info from where ever you bought it?
Long ago Airfix included a slip with their kits to request missing parts. Great idea, but rather than send the missing part/s, they would send a whole kit. Some took advantage of this and I believe that this is one of the reasons for the near demise of Airfix.
When I bought my Revell Hienkell He 111 there was a complete sprue missing, but a duplicate of the other one. Revells system for replacing parts is a bit different. They state that as the kits are weighed before dispatch then it is unlikely that anything is missing. You have to send the code off the box, plus the instruction sheet. I had no argument but the missing sprue was the heavier of the 2 so, with 2 of the same lighter sprues, in the box, why was it not rejected before shipping?
