You need to open the larger image before posting. They appear to be very good but not much can be seen in the thumbnails.

If you open the thumbnail in your gallery then look below the image you will see the link in a box. Along side the box, on the right, you will see the word "Copy" if you click on that the link will be copied. The link includes "Image Tags" ([ img] [/img]) so when you want to post the actual picture in your thread all you have to do is position your cursor and hit Ctrl+v and the link, including the image tags, will be copied into your thread. When you hit "submit" you will have the picture in the post, like so:
