I have looked and looked and cannot find the B-2 in 1/48th scale. I am sure that an airplane this popular is available somewhere. Can someone point me in the right direction.
I have a scene in mind that I am trying to create. If i cannot find some I will be forced to use the F-117.
thanks.

I guess you realize that would be about a 4 foot wing span, don't think you'll see one in 1/48 soon. Sorry

The biggest scale model B-2 I remember is the Testors B-2 model in 1/72 scale. There may have been a bigger one that was R/C, but I'm not sure.

I've got the Testors one, but have not tackled it yet.

There have bee 3 iterations of the B-2 in plastic. The first was Revell's highly speculative triangle. I haven't seen that in years and don't remember ever seeing one built up. The second was DML's reasonably accurate (in shape, at least) 1/200 packed with a very poor rendition of the F-117. Short and squat, like the first photos. And last, the Testors, one of the biggest putty hogs on the planet. I had to buy wood putty to fill a 1/8 inch gap along the entire forward underbody seam. The aircraft is in 6 parts and If you ever get it or try to build it, you'd be well advised to add spars along the upper longitudinal seams. After a sea of putty to even out a depression, the seam split after assembly and painting. The wing walk decals are super long and super thin and I found it impossible to lay them down in a straight line.

Al - I have all three of the B-2 iterations. You're right the 1/200 F-117 is almost a joke, the B-2 however very much resembles the Desk model I have from Northrop. Oh, I also have the XB-35 and YB-49, trouble is finding space to display them. :-)
PS - I've got the N1M, both versions, and the N9M of course. Kind of a wing nut.

I have a Revell of Germany B2A Spirit, I think it is 1/144. I do not know if it is a rebox of someone else's kit as Revell sometimes has a tendancy to do.
