Does anyone make a kit of this phantom? I know black box makes a conversion but I am looking for a full kit.

I Know one its from Revell Germany and its a RF-4C.
Its a very good kit, and beautiful decals of the ANG from Kentucky.
If you can find it you must buy one.

personally i had the revell RF kit i found it aweful , i ended up giving it away , i'd go for the tamiya and do the conversion
