Mech-Maniac,
The Revell kit is a pretty good build, not much in the way of details on the interior, but exterior build up pretty much. Makes into a big model, looks good when done. Cobra Company does some upgrade sets for it if interrested, also a MH-53 Pave Low conversion too. I can't vouch for the 1/72 Italeri kit.

Guess I was partially wrong. Cobra Company only does the Pave Low conversion. Here it is:
Link: CC Pave Low
Some one did/does make an upgrade set, just can't remember who it was, sorry.

I knew I had heard of an interior upgrade set. Saw it over at a thread on FSM forum.
Here is a link to the Pave Low thread there.
Meteor actually does a few sets, one CH-53 interior (cockpit detail) , a MH-53 interior, a MH-53 weapons set, and one Israeli decal set.

MH-53 interior:
MH-53 Weapons:
IDF decals:

Do a search for CH-53 and MH-53 to get the products. They also do a few update sets for the Italeri 1/72 MH-53 as well.
Good luck.

(Chief Snake is Chris Miller, of Cobra Company by the way.)Meteor Production has the interior in the Cutting Edge line.
