Just posted - news and some very nice images of the forthcoming 1/48th scale multi-media kits from the U.S. manufacturer, Classic Airframes. As is usual from this company some real ''classic'' aviation subjects from them - particular mention (o.k. it''s total prejudice!) of the 2 versions they are producing of the Brewster Buffalo - the decal sheets have to be seen to be believed! Hi Jim
I see the prospect of a new Buffalo has encouraged Tamiya to re-release their kit which, despite its age, is a very nice model.
I've just bought the standard version of the new-mould CR.42, so a review will follow as soon as time allows ... for now - it's a BIG improvement over the original Classic Airframes release.
