Ok, I said that I would be silent for a while, but who can stay away from this wonderful place.
Well, enought about that. Thought I should post some pictures about the progres on my group build aircraft this far.

Hi Thomas,
You making a Hellcat too? What scale is it? And which make(Academy/Tamiya/etc.)?
Nice stuff so far. I have finished painting my Hellcat. On to weathering next...
Will paste pics by end of next week.
Cheers,
BP.

It's 1/48 from Hasegawa, thier F6F-3 "USS Essex"
Haven't progressed anymore since I took the photos a couple of weeks ago. Darn school is taking to much time. Or am I just using it as an excuse to having to deal with the white underside...

A pic of my Tomcat is now on the MSN album. I also posted a pic of a Corsair I built before I discovered this wonderful site. Both are built OOB. Both use kit decals. The Corsair was brush-painted while the Tomcat was painted with Tamiya and Luxor (a local brand) rattle cans. Comments are definitely welcome.
The Tomcat didn't win any awards at the IPMS-Philippines Exhibit . There's still next year though.
