Hi all
I've put up a few pics on a web page I whipped up yesterday, at http://www.metroweb.co.za/~claymore/scalemodel/
I'm no expert - I've never even used an airbrush before (saving for one though).

Hi claymore,
Welcome to the A/C forum. Nice web page you have dished up ! I really liked the Dornier, it's come out well!
You're lucky to have a wife who's also into the hobby ! I have been recieving brickbats from my family once they got to know where all my money was going.. into credit card payments for all the kits I got from Ebay #:-)!
So far, I've been escaping by saying I have only 20 kits, while the actual figure is nearer to 50.. if she hears that, then I'm gonna be the cause for a thermonuclear exlosion here !
C ya around..

Welcome aboard!!!
Nice job on the "just wipped" site.
I really like the Salamander's camo job. You did that with a brush?

Claymore,
that 1:72 B52 is some mean big bird. Enjoy building that lady !
As for the mrs.... she's doing a mighty fine job too. Give her my compliments on her building capabilities!
Don't fear to try some weathering on the planes. You really don't need an airbrush for most weathering techniques... It adds just that little extra to the models.

Thanks - I was rather surprised, because two layers of too-thin Modelmasters made some unsighly marks, but the matt coat gave it a rather nice look.

*grin* I'm a bit worried about my buying habits too...I went on a week's seaside holiday, and picked up a 1/48 Mig-29, a 1/72 B-58, and a 1/260 B-1.

Nice job on the "just wipped" site.
Thanks - I did cheat though, having template pages from my other sites to steal from.

I'll have a go at it...I managed one weathered model once, but I am chicken of screwing up and ruining a model I've spent weeks on.
