I am building the Accurate Miniatures Avenger. I am having a hard time trying to figure out where the gunsight goes. I have several books and they don't show this piece of equipment. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I don't know if this is of any help or if you already have this drawing.
The key is as follows;
111 - Illuminated torpedo sight
112 - Instrument panel shroud
114 - ring and bead gunsight
115 - Gun camera
Hope this is of some use to you.

Mal,
It's called 'Wings of the Navy' by Eric Brown. It's a cracking book about the principle Fleet Air Arm aircraft of WWII with some superb photos in it. If you ask me nice I'll let you borrow it!
