Here's what I would do.
Using those two pictures, I would take a plane 3-view drawing of the beast and I would draw the pattern myself.
I did it once for my La-7.

Well, I think I will because there is no way to find more stuff about it.

First of all, welcome to the Armorama. We all look forward to your input and models.
Anyway, yeah, I would just use a 3-view. That is about your best bet. Those photos give a pretty good view of what you need to do. The only unknowns would be the wings. In that case, ad lib.

Visit this web site :
WINGS PALETTE
You may find out what you need.
HTH.
PS: I think that the camo scheme was the Indian Air Force Mig-21Bis of the 26th Sqn 'Warriors'
Indian Air Force Mig-21 - 26th Squadron

If these links could not help you, there is also an Academy 1/48 Mig-21 MF #2171 model kit with the Indian Air Force Marking and camo scheme for the IAF 26th Squadron that you can use them.
Mig-21 MF review by Scott Van Anken
If you need this IAF color scheme (Mig 21 Fishbed IAF-26th Squadron, tail code C2281, PM me your email and I will scan the Academy Mig-21 Camo scheme and send it to you. It seems that the IAF Mig-21 scheme has many variant, it depends on every single aircraft, in this case, as the other armorama mates' opinions : Ad Lib.
