I'am looking for Russian camo colours in acrylic paint either Polly scale or Tamiya.
Browns, Greens and Greys for Mig-23/27 and Su-22

you could try a mix of 10 parts olive green - xf58
two parts flat white - xf2 and one part flat yellow = xf3
this should give you a soviet green.. check out this site.. has some good stuff there http://www.dana-nield.com/tamiya/
