I finished the wheel wells on both of my 1/48 Me 262 kits today. Since the wells are the same, I just shot pics of the single seater's (Trimaster) wells. The other is Dragon's Me 262B-1a/U1 two seater. There two birds, plus ProModeler's Ta 154, are my "Fly by Night" project, three 1/48 Luftwaffe nightfighters.
The wiring was made from fine strands of copper wire, and the "ties" are paint.
In case you're wondering about the colors, I got them from this walkaround of the NASM's bird. If they'rte incorrect, then so am I. I can think of worse things than being as inaccurate as the Smithsonian !

Thanks for letting me share my work with you !

Thank you Quinten !
Hopefully, I can get the camo on all three nightfighters today. I'll post more pics then.
Thanks again !

Thanks Mal !
Click on the link under the last pic in my starting post. The walkaround, the best I've ever seen, is there.
Quinten - I couldn't get to painting today, as the crew that's fixing my living room ceiling was here. They won't be back till Monday, so I have the weekend to paint. I'll post them then.
Thanks again !
