No, it's not some kind of bizarre B-36 hybrid. It's the three nightfighters in my 1/48 "Fly by Night" project.
This is ProModeler's Ta 154. The decals had a tendency to break apart, even after I brushed Future onto each one. The wing warning dashes were pieced together from segments of 2-10 dashes. Keeping them aligned was an exercise. There aren't any aftermarket markings for this kit, so I had to use what I've got.
This is Trimaster's Me 262A
And Dragon's Me 262B
I like the black lower surfaces of the 262B, so I included a pic of it as well.
Thanks for letting me share the progress of this fun build with you !

Thanks Rowan !
My door is always open.
Tomorrow, I plan to seal the decals with Future so I can move on to the washes.

Those nightfighters look amazing! Is it RLM 76/75 for the Ta-154 and the Me-262B and RLM 81/82/76 for the Me-262A?
Cheers
Philip

Thanks Philip and Mal !
Philip - yes, those are the colors. Some paint manufacturers have mislabled the greens. RLM 82 is bright green, and RLM 83 is dark green. Model Master, and a couple other manufacvturers, have made this error.
Now, it's on to sealingthe decals and applying the washes !

Thank you Hilbert and Quinten !
Hilbert - all three aircraft were airbrushed freehand (no masking). It seems that airbrushes were invented so that we can paint Luftwaffe camo !
Quinten - painting Luftwaffe camo is one of my favorite parts of building. If the only models available were modern (gray) aircraft, I wouldn't build.
Thanks again !
