Here's an update on my Academy CH-46E. I'm using Voyager's PE set kit# FE48004. I replaced the pilot side armor plates using Evergreen plastics, did'nt care for the fit from Voyager.


Pre-shading was done using Tamiya's XF-24 dark grey


The "Bull Frog" was painted using MM acrylic Lt. Ghost Gray # 4761

Looks great. I haven't seen it up close before. The detail is awesome.

I'm waiting for the CH-113 Labrador kit to be realease to get one...
