hi guys,
I am building a 1:32 F-4D in Vietnam (from Tamiya) and want to add replacement Ejection Seats. Could you tell me which ones to use since there seem to bee two different types; mk5 and mk7 ??
TIA,
Marc

On the right side, top, click "seat type for airplane".....Now on the left, click the American Flag, then locate F-4D.
Seat...Mk. VII

Hi Mark
When I was researching for the True Details Martin Baker Mk. 7 review, I found a great reference for ejection seats - ejectionsite.com. Just select the seat gallery at the left of screen and choose from the list.
Hope this helps

Marc
Having worked on F-4Cs & Ds in my youth the old D model carried the mark 5 seat. Don't be afraid to dirty up the cockpit a bit and if you want it to look realistic, add a few patches to the fusalage and the top of the wings. Some primered and some bare metal. They took a beating in combat.
Hope this helps
