Hi guys,

I've recently bought a Hasegawa 1/48 hurricane on ebay. Unfortunately it doesn't have the instruction sheet with it. I wondered if anyone had one, any version that they could scan and e-mail to me? Thanks in advance.

Which version is it? I may be able to help.

All the best

Hello Martin!

I have the Revell version of this kit and I think it's the same mold. The instructions would help you for the building of the kit but not the paint scheme and decals instructions...

Still interested?

Hi Rowan and Jean-Luc, thanks for the quick replies. I really only need the instructions for any Hasegawa 1/48 version, or the Revell kit, as you say Jean-Luc they are probably the same molds.

I'm planning to do some slight alterations to the kit to build it in as a ficticious version. I just need a set of instructions to get the thing built correctly in its basic form.

I once built one before a few years back and I can't remember the undercarriage construction and which bits of detail to remove from the wings.

Bonjour Martin!

I have send you the instructions!
I hope it worked! Tell me if not...

About "The Battle of Britain", I agree it's a good movie but i'm always disapointed about the "Spanish" Messerschmitts and Heinkels... They just don't seem right!

There's a newer movie about this battle called "Dark Blue World" wich tells the story of Tschech pilots enlisted in the RAF. While there is a Lovestory in the background, it's less present than in "Pearl Harbor". It's a good movie with lots of Spitfires!

I bought mine in Germany with german, english and tschech language...

Salut! Jean-Luc...

Many thanks Jean-Luc, the instructions arrived and are just what I need.

As I said in my pm I will be building and painting this hurricane as one used in the film Battle of Britain. Sort of my tribute to those who made this excellent film.
