Hi all,
I am planning on doing a F-15C in 1/72. I am looking for recommendations as to the best kit. Ease of fit and accuracy being at the top of the list.
Thanks!

IMHO the Hasegawa kit with no turkey feathers option is the best kit; the Academy kit is a close 2nd for a few bucks less.

Hi ,
In 1:72 scale I recommend F-15 C from Hasegawa , but from K-series or from new realeses , beacause there is in Hasegawa models F-15 C with old panel lines . See www.hlj.com - there is F-15 C from Gorrila's sqn. Aslo pretty structure have F-15 C from Academy . For now Revell is pre-pack Hasegawa Models - look for new F-15 E from Revell in 1:72 , maybe more Eagles will be packed .
Best Regards

Your best bet are Hasegawa and Academy. Both have nice engraved panel lines and are a joy to build.
Artur is correct. I bought the original Hasegawa kits and they don't fit, have no engraved lines and are a hassle.
Verlindens lock on on the Eagle reviews the kits by hasegawa.
Cheers,

Like they said stay away from the old Hasegawa F-15c especaily C6 00336. I was suprised at the low qaulity of the kit. I didn't know there where old and new F-15's by them in that scale.
While we are on the topic, who makes the best F-15C in 1/48. I have heard for the E version the Revell kit is the way to go but I don't know about the C version in the bigger scale.

Hi ,
I think in 1:48 scale Tamyia F-15 C or Hasegawa F-15 C will be good for modelers ,
with resin/PEtched sets they're look awsome .
Best Regards

Drew,
I don't build the 1/48 scale but I recall reading the Hasegawa kits also already had some PE parts in them, I believe for the engine.
