Well, setting aside the mis-naming in the article (the sets are for the Devastator, but they say Dauntless in the text), it seems a shame that they did this based on an older kit, when Valom has an all-new TBD-1 coming out sometime in the (near?) future.

Apologies about the Dauntless/Devastator name cock-up--must be getting dyslexic in my old age!
As for the kit we based the set on, well, we can't base it on something that's not out yet. We'll just have to wait and see on the Valom kit as to what it needs.
