Got Matchbox Stranraer & Roden HS SE5 at Nats

Got the Matchbox 1/72 Stranraer, one of most beautiful flying boats ever, regardless of the kit, and the new Roden 1/48 HS SE5a -- nice. Like all Roden kits that build upon previous releases/variants, this one has it all -- I think you can build any SE5 version from it. You get 2 2-blade & 2 4-blade props, 3 cockpit/cowls, 2 engine fronts, a couple exhaust systems, 2 diff sticks, 2 Lewis guns & Strange mounts, etc, etc .... If you buy a Roden SE5, buy this one ....

Doesn't WEM make a PE set for that one ?

WEM Stranraer PE--coming soon! Our holdup at the moment is trying to locate pics of the instrument panel--which is missing from the one extant example here in the UK.

I'll wait for your PE for the Stranraer -- I have the Sunderland & it is great !!!

For details, try the old MAP/Aeromodeller Plans -- I used to have them but lost many years worth in a move.
