I picked this up at a hobby shop about a hundred miles away. I have no idea what I am going to do with it when its built. But it will sure look nice. Boy shes big.
Is there anything I should look out for on this kit?

Hi Chip,
I have it, too. I have same questions, too.
I have a plan Owing to the size, I intend to build, paint and decal the fuselage and wings seperately. I figure I can mask and fill and paint the roots without bothering the rest of the beast when the time comes.
Build-beginning is a few kits (re: months ) away, so if you start yours, keep us all posted?

I've had one "stashed" away for years, never got up the nerve to start a build. Keep us posted on your progress, and best of luck. As I remember the finished wing span is something like 39 inches.

I'm guessing Monogram's 1/72, right? I've seen that one built up and it needs some serious filler along the fuselage seam.
