Hi all....
I'm looking for any British and American aircraft secret project plan drawings of WW2 and beyond.
If I can find or gather enough I plan to do, in the future, a series of profiles to complement the Luft 46 series.
E.g. Boulton Paul P99.
Armstrong Whitworth AW54A
Hawker P1054 etc.
If anyone can help I'd be most grateful.
Many thanks
Cheers
Peter

Hi Peter
I've definitely got arrangement drawings of the P99 - it's one I've intended to build a model of one day.
I think I can guess which book you've been reading... I knew you'd catch the bug! LOL! :-)
All the best
Rowan

Thanks Merlin...
I havn't got the book....yet...lol.
Doing some Allied stuff is, I suppose, a logical extension of the Luftwaffe profiles.
And it'll help warm the cockles during my first winter in UK for over 8 years....brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....regulation thermals on....and a few wee drams of single malt of course.
Cheers

Sounds like a little cross-channel scratch building to me... :-)

Hi again Peter
I just flicked through the British Secret Projects book - the P99 (same pics I've been hoarding for years...) and AW54A are in there. No P1054, but masses of other Hawker designs to keep you busy!
All the best

The P1054 is mentioned in British Secret Projects Jet Fighters Since 1950 by Tony Butler. Includes a small ga drawing.
