Hi all,
I would like to build the 'new' Academy 1:48 CH-46E. Could you advice me on aftermarket detailparts ( if available ) and possible reference both on the net and suitable books ?
Thanks in advance,
Marc

Cobra company makes an interior set for it.
CC CH-46 detail set.
Eduard does a PE set as well.
Here are some referances on-line.

Hello Marc,
As Gino stated Eduard has photo etch sets for the interior and exterior, also Cobra Company has a resin cockpit, detailed bulkhead, winch, exterior sensors and other goodies. These sets are great, but unfortunately once you button up the fuselages, all the interior detail disappears. Your best bet is to buy the exterior set to replace the thick plastic pieces of the armor plating and the intake screens. I have some pics in my gallery of two 46’s I did so as you can get an idea. I’m not trying to tell not to buy them, just giving you some thoughts.

Just go to http://www.greatmodels.com and search Ch-46E there are 4 photo etch sets from Eduard for this model
Some of the interior stuff I dont think you'll be able to see once the model is all 'buttoned up'
