Jeff (Mongo) showed up in town on Friday and called my bluff about getting together. I got some time off and we took a ride up to the Hill AFB Museum in Roy, UT. They are adding a new wing onto the building so some of the exhibits are outside in temporary housing. They had also just finished repainting the B-57A in a black finish that morning. Looking forward to which markings they will put on it.

Also have a B-47 they recently received. Jeff is researching a build for the Hasagawa 72nd scale kit so I conned our club VP Pat, who does volunteer work for the Museum, into letting us get close up.

We had a nice visit and it was great meeting a fellow IPMS member.
Next time we make it to the hobby shops.

See all the pics on the site.
