Guys
Has anyone built this kit? or can anyone point me in the direction of an online build/review?
TIA
Pete

Hi Peter,
I am currently building the Sea Harrier which is 90% identical to the GR3.There are a few areas which need attention not least those dreaded rivets, they are best filled and sanded smooth. It all depends on how detailed and accurate you want the model to be.The main things that need to be done are:
1) The cockpit needs detailing as in 24th scale you can see the omissions
2)The engine cover needs modifying as it represents the GR 1s
3)The intake blow in doors are depicted shut and need the top 4 dropping if the aircraft is depicted with the engine not running(herritage aviation do a resin set to correct this)
If you need some referance photos try the Harrier SIG site or email me and I will send you a cd
Hope this helps Andy

Hi Pete, andrew and sebastien,
I have bought the 1/24 AV8A kit and I plan to scratch convert it into a T8 two seater, that was just retired from the RAF in march.
It is a huge and beautiful kit, but the "office" is a bit empty and yells for improvement.
Can you allplease let me know if you have any information on the cockpit of a T8 (pics or links, for I found none...)
Thx and regards,
Richard
