Recenly found decals to do this bird but am unsure whether to use the Ah-60L or the MH-60L kit to replicate this. Please help me figure this out.

Either would work.
The AH-60L DAP kit (really an MH-60L, US Army doesn't use the AH designation for it) comes with all the parts from the UH-60L and MH-60G kits and a couple more sprues for the DAP set-up. It is worth the few extra bucks and will give you lots of spares.

All the parts need to do the Aussie version, ESSS wings and external fuel tanks, are included in the standard UH-60A/L kit though.

If you want to arm it with Hellfires and/or rockets, you will need to go with the DAP kit.

You would still need to scratch a few things such as the steps below the cabin doors though.
