Hi Bob

I do not have the kit but I know it is the old Super Model(?) kit (raised panel lines etc. ). I've seen a finished model in the booth of Revell at the Leipzig Hobby fair and it looks not so bad.

Sorry that I could not help further.

Take a look there. You will find a review of the Revell kit. French reading is mandatory!

Thanks folks, it looks like a good kit {I love flying boats} and it looks as good as the Do-18 they did{have that one}...will make a nice addition to the Italeri Do-24, Mach2 Do-26 and the mongram PBY I have. I think I need some other countries as well, but that's another story.

{gotta love that Altavista translator!!!!}

My local shop has this kit in at the moment - the original Super Model boxing is also available. Price in both cases is £20.

Revell also have the Dornier 24 out at the moment - I'm guessing that this is the Italeri kit. Still looks good though.
