Hi everyone
I'm working on the Trump 1/35th Hind & using the prepainted PE on it. Does anyone know a match for the color Eduard used? I've got the MM interior color but it doesn't seem as 'bright' as the Eduard color. I would also welcome a color to mix in to get both close, so far black and/or white isn't working.
I'd appreciate the help.

I've got the same problem, I prefer to use acrylic paints when possible, but since Tamiya, Gunze, and Model Master don't have a Soviet Interior blue/green, I'm outta luck.
I used the Testors Model Master Enamel interior color and figure I'll live with the noticable( to me) color difference.
Maybe someone knows of a different acrylic soviet inteiror color, or a mix ratio.
Did you ask on Aircraft Resource Center or the Helikit discussion group?
Mike

Yep, went to ARC & so far, no answers.
I've just started a new batch of mixes to see if I can get close.
The MM color just seems too far off to me, I hope it's just me being poor at colors.
Wouldn't it be nice if Eduard would also print the color in their packaging?
Thanks

Now THERE'S a great idea!!
Have you swung by www.eduard.cz to ask them?
They are very responsive to customers.
I corresponded with them way back when about the missing M113 ramp pulley.
I'm not saying I had anything to do with it, but not too long after than they added a few little bits in the 113 sets to make a ramp pulley.
did you notice the colored header with homepage>forums>aircraft looks like it is about the right color

It is, thanks.
My big problem is that I don't really know what color to mix to get the result I need
I've tried to give Eduard a suggestion or two, but I'm not sure I quite understand how their website works.
I'll keep trying.

I think I've found the color - MM has an acryl color called Falcon Turquoise #4381 that with a drop or two of flat white comes very, very close to my eyes.
It's part of their figure paint line.

Hannants UK had released some paint for Mi-24 Hind.
Xtracolor (Enamel) paint:
X 629 Interior Blue/Green - X 604 Mi-24 Stone - X 605 Mi-24 Dark Gray Green - X 606 Mi-24 Blue Gray
They are sold at Hannants UK or Great Models Webstore USA.
I had used the Xtracolor 629 Interior Blue/Green for my 1:48 Mig-21MF Fishbed, to the color matching to the Pre-paint PE parts, I mixed this paint with thinner and painted lightly over the PE part with a fine brush.

Thanks fbuis. I cannot find Xtracolor around me so I'll give the MM a shot.
