G'day Mate
first off, let me give you my welcome to the site.
secondly, as for Russian helicopters in 1/35th, hmm, lets see here, Trumpeter make a 1/35 MI4A Hound, Mi-8MT/Mi-17, and a Mi-24V Hind, they can be found here Russian Helicopters 1/35
As for using a 1/72 scale helicopter in a 1/35 scale diorama, how would you do this? Unless you were going for some sort of distance effect, the kits and such would look ridiculously out of scale to one another.
Hope that all helps, Cheers
Jim, what is double posting?

No need to yell young fella.
Trumpeter has the Mi-4A Hound Helicopter out. A review can be found HERE
As far as using 1/72nd or mixed scales, you can as long as what you intend to do is what is termed as "forced perspectives". These are best for photographs only, as the photos "force" the viewer to see the scene from specific perspectives. Usually with the smaller scale in the background.
