G'day guys
Pretty self explanitory, im looking for some photos that show the XM-134 Minigun, ive done google searches and have only been able to find a few.
Im after the first version trialed during the Vietnam war, and specifically, ones used as door mounted guns on Hueys.
A photo of the trigger, hand grips, or whoever this gun was fired would be very helpful, because of just that, i really have no idea what was used to fire it, i saw one photo of it on the rear door of a CH-53, on this one there was a single pistol like grip, im not sure if all of them used this same mechanizm or not.
Cheers, any help would be appreciated, pictures or infomation.

Hi David!
I posted a huey Gunship on the MOM of november!
It has the miniguns mounted as you mention!
I haven't checked any photos before making it! i just use it OOTB from Italeri's 1/48 kit!
You could try a searh for Huey Gunship!
It will provide you with some photos of that i guess!
Cheers!

You may find more pics with Google if you type "M134", or "M134 gun", rather than XM134....
Here are two more pics
There are plenty of M134 (or M134 replicas...) pics on montysminigun.com, but the gun mounts that are used appear to differ from those used on Vietnam-era Hueys....

PS you should also find some pictures in Squadron Signals books dealing with Hueys and Vietnam war gunships...
