oes one cut Syringes into gun barrels? My attempts leave crimped ends. How do you cut them to remain open?

I would think the dremel with a cut off tool would do the trick..Thne some cleanup on the burrs..

Dave is right. Just clamp the needle in a pair of hemastats if you have them, then use the cutoff wheel of a Dremel.
