Hi all:

Itīs been a long time since my last post here. I want to show you people my last bird. I still have to finish the lights in the wing tips, the setup (stair)for the pilot and the pitot tube. Scale is 1/48. I used MM enamels. The camo is tipical of the Luftwaffe at the end of WW2 (RLM 81 - 82 - 76).
Coments are welcome.

Hi Carlos!

Nice FW190 you've done! I like the overall weathering but I would "mud" the tyres and add dirt to the gear doors... the rear tail wheel is very shiny too...

Where the markings that simple or is it a choice of yours? It give the plane that "universal" look! good job!

Thanks Tedmamere:

Youīre right with the markings. Itīs a choice of mine. The decals are from my spare box, and it represents a generic FW 190 of the end of the WW2. Maybe it could be one of JG 54 in Courland, early 1945.

Itīs not finished yet, not only the tail wheel is too shiny, also is the bomb, and Iīll change the canopy with one that I have from Tamiya, I think it will look better because itīs more clear and will show better the cockpit.

Iīm thinking in not to use the kitīs lights because they are terrible. Do you know with what I can replace them ? What kind of material or some tip to make them ?

Thanks again.

Wonderful paint there.

You might want to add something to the ground work though. Maybe a bit of a rut to break up the green.
