Hello Doug,
Hasegawa had one out in 1/48th w/ the Marine 1decals. The kit is now out of production, but can be found on e-bay. The prices go between $39 -$45 dollars. Try doing a google search using key words as Hasegawa 1/48th Sea King.

Mother, I don't doubt you, but I thought that one was the VIP aircraft for something like COMLANTFLT?

You might be right Jeff. Hasegawa has the UH-3H Seaking HSL-51 VIP in 1/48th. Kit no.# HAS09628. They still can be found on a few modeling web sites and ebay. E-Hobbyland has one for $38.00. I do recall seeing a Marine 1 in 1/48, it might have had aftermarket decals or something.

Marine One,
Hasegawa just released a VH-3D in marine one decals. The kit is a rebox of the existing H-3 w/ a new decal set.

And since there is no real interior, that must be an SH-3D with VH-3D decals. Nothing new - I bet you could add torpedoes to the helicopter.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Academy has a 1/48 CH-46 with Marine 1 decals. I know it has a full interior for the combat ship, but I don't know if it has the executive interior details.
