Hi SGT.Busche
I try to find something in Internet ( I don't remember how I paint Lights in My Hog ) , maybe
those links could help : http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/ac/a-10.htm ,
http://www.a-10.org/index.html , I promise to check My Workbook for You (I have more info in home).
PS: I know how is hard to do every detail - realistic
Maybe for now it helps.
Best Regards

When I was a kid, I was taught : GRASS (Green Right at Starboard side) to remember the colors on boats and planes. Still useful in my daily job at the airport... !

Yeah, it's the same for ships and aircraft. Imagine yourself sitting in the cockpit or standing on the bridge of a ship-when your in that position, the red light is on the left and the green on your right.

According to Lock on No 7 A-10 Thunderbolt the tail fin lights are formation lights captioned "Flood" so I guess they are white and look as if they project forward lighting part of the tail. The rear light is captioned as "tail position and strobe light" the picture shows a white light.
Hope this helps. I will try and send you the pictures via email.

well the wings are not the problem. But I do also belive that the fin lights are the formation lights as well but I think that they are colored for some reason. And as for the rear bottom it makes sence for it to be red sence the front is white. Well whatever you guys can come up with will help a lot .... keep 'em comming.
