What colors and brand of paint for the SU-27B Flanker have people tried and been successful with?

Testors makes all four colors for this aircraft in the Model Master 2 line of paints. Available in enamel and Acrylic

4 colors!!!..I thought there was only 3? They have 3 blues, but all the pictures I have seen the dark blue is not correct. Aircraft overall is light blue, a medium blue and a greyish colour.

Hi Michal,

A year ago when we introduced our modern Soviet/Russian aircraft colors into our Colourcoats line of enamels, we had the chief designer from Sukhoi visit our stand at the IPMS/UK Nationals. He looked at our Flanker colors and pronounced them spot-on. Can't ask for a much better recommendation than that!
