I have never been able to think of a model that should be made until the other day. After watching a program on tv about Vietnam, i realized that I haven't seen a model out for an F-105 Thunderchief. I must admit I haven't actively searched one out, but I can't think of a time when I have seen a kit for the plane that saw quite a bit of action over the skies of Vietnam. Any thoughts?

They are out there, of course they're probably older no longer manufactured kits that you'll have to get at a model meet. I have seen them though. I'm pretty sure that if you check the gallery there is one in there. Anyway, there are probably some experts that could point you in the right direction.

The F-105 has been made in most scales, many long out of production. You still can find some on-line or at a local hobby shop and even on ebay. There are after market resin and photo-etch sets that will aid in dressing up the 105. Doing a goggle search will guide you to them.
